The mission of CART is to deliver accessible healthcare that is high in quality. To accomplish this, we offer competitive rates for psychotherapy and see a limited number of clients for reduced fees. Please inquire about these opportunities.
We currently are able to see clients with most Blue Cross Blue Shield (Highmark, Premera, Regence), United Healthcare/Optum, and Aetna plans and hope to further increase the access of mental healthcare services with additional insurance services in the future. We also accept Employee Assisted Plans (EAP), including Lyra and Quest Behavioral Health (not accepting EAP plans from UHC/Optum).
For those with other insurance plans (Independence Blue Cross, Cigna, etc.), we offer a detailed statement (i.e., Superbill) to assist you with seeking reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to determine your Out-of-Network (OON) benefits for mental healthcare.
At CART our goal is to help MOVE You Forward as opposed to having you in therapy forever. Therefore, you can expected a time-limited, effective service.

Intake
This time is designated for new clients and time is spent performing a thorough mental health evaluation while identifying initial therapeutic goals.

This time will be spent evaluating your mental health symptoms, process and explore your thoughts, and work towards your therapeutic goals. Sessions may be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
