    Intake

    This time is designated for new clients and time is spent performing a thorough mental health evaluation while identifying initial therapeutic goals.

    This time will be spent evaluating your mental health symptoms, process and explore your thoughts, and work towards your therapeutic goals. Sessions may be weekly, bi-weekly or monthly.
