Welcome — I’m Myashia. I’m a trauma-informed therapist dedicated to helping children, teens, adults, and families find hope and healing through life’s most challenging seasons.

My work is guided by empathy, authenticity, and connection. I believe therapy is a collaborative process—a safe, supportive space where you can explore your emotions, build on your strengths, and discover new ways to care for yourself and your relationships.

My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you move at your own pace. Drawing from an integrative blend of evidence-based therapies, I tailor each session to meet your unique needs—whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, family stress, or simply seeking a deeper sense of self-understanding.

My goal is to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and whole—one session at a time.
