Hello! I’m Dr. Grewal and I look forward to helping you find peace in the midst of it all.
I’m Dr. Grewal and I help people better understand themselves and create meaningful change in their lives. Through therapy and psychological assessment, I work with individuals who want clarity about their emotional, cognitive, and behavioral patterns—whether it’s related to ADHD, learning challenges, mood or anxiety concerns, or simply wanting to feel more balanced and in control.
In our work together, we might focus on managing anxiety, depression, OCD, or trauma, or navigating life transitions, burnout, or perfectionism. I also support clients exploring cultural identity, intergenerational relationships, and the stress that can come with adapting to new roles or environments.
My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I draw from evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy—tailoring our work to fit your unique needs and goals.
As someone fluent in Punjabi, Urdu, and Hindi, I’m able to offer therapy in the language that feels most comfortable for you. I also provide telehealth sessions, making therapy more accessible no matter where you are.
Most importantly, I see therapy as a partnership—a safe and supportive space where you can feel understood, gain new insight, and build the tools to move forward with greater confidence and self-compassion.
